All current teacher candidates must register for summer session courses to complete the Bachelor of Education program.

Registration Assistance
If you are an Education student and meet the requirements for a course, but are unable to self-register in Workday, please complete the Registration Assistance Request Form.
Please review the following accepted reasons for registration assistance before submitting your request:
Accepted Reasons for Registration Assistance:
- Unrecognized course prerequisites/co-requisites in Workday
- Education course/section conflict:
- A conflict exists between two or more required Education courses that you are unable to resolve online.
- Unable to register for a required Education course
- You are unable to find a section of a required Education course that fits into your timetable.
Invalid Reasons for Registration Assistance:
- Employment commitments
- Timeslot preferences
- Instructor preferences
- Wanting to be in the same section as a friend
- Courses offered by other faculties (you must contact the faculty offering the course)
Setting up your Workday Student account (Instructions for students new to UBC)
Newly admitted UBC students will need to set up a Campus-Wide Login (CWL). You will need to provide your student number to create an account. Please ensure you have accepted your offer before creating a CWL account. If you do not have multi-factor authentication set up, follow instructions online.
Once you’ve created a CWL account, log into your Workday account at myworkday.ubc.ca using your CWL login and password. For inquiries on registration, visit Student Services.
