For new BEd students starting in September, registration begins here. Your registration date and time will be displayed in your Workday Student account one week prior to registration.
Note: for some BEd program options, students self-register in courses; in other cases, the TEO registers on behalf of students. Please see your registration guide for specific instructions.
New to UBC?
Newly admitted UBC students will need to set up a Campus-wide Login (CWL). You will need to provide your student number to create an account. Please ensure you have accepted your offer before creating a CWL account. If you do not have Multi-factor Authentication set up, follow instructions online.
Once you’ve created a CWL account, log into your Workday account at myworkday.ubc.ca using your CWL login and password. For inquiries on registration, visit Student Services.

*All 11-month elementary & middle years teacher candidates will be assigned a June 24, 2025 registration date in the system, however, registration will be staggered by cohort and the Teacher Education Office will complete your registration for you. You will be notified when your registration is complete.
Elementary & Middle Years teacher candidates submit cohort preferences in eValue from May 27, 2025. The deadline to submit is June 3, 2025.
**Applications for Secondary teacher candidates interested in the IB option, the EDI-D cohort, or the Digital Pedagogy & AI cohort will be available from June 3-16, 2025.
