Mental Health & Wellbeing

At UBC, there are different kinds of supports available for your mental health and wellbeing. Counsellors are located at various locations on campus—at the main Counselling Services office, as well as “embedded” in the Faculty of Education.

Dayna McCracken, Registered Clinical Counsellor, is the Embedded Counsellor for the Faculty of Education.

The Embedded Counsellor can provide you with short-term counselling support to help address a variety of issues related to your mental health and wellness.

If you are in British Columbia and would like to meet with Dayna, you can book a counselling appointment online or call Counselling Services at 604 822 3811 and indicate that you are a Faculty of Education student.
