Salary Range: $ 106,000-114, 000

About the Position
The Secondary School Vice-Principal plays a key role in supporting the mission and vision of Richmond Christian School. We are seeking a school leader who shares our vision for Christian Education and has the capacity to provide staff the support necessary to live out the mission of Richmond Christian School.

Primary Function:

1. To serve as the assistant to the Secondary Campus Principal with administrative responsibilities for the planning, organization, control and leadership of the Secondary Campus and administrative processes within the school.
2. To serve on the Education Team and assist in providing educational leadership at the Secondary campus in the design and implementation of the educational program.

Position Summary:
The Secondary Campus Vice Principal will work with the principal to provide instructional leadership through:

• Developing a positive, Secondary school culture.
• Coordination of a Secondary campus program.
• Providing professional development resources and opportunities for teachers
• Assistance in administrative processes

The Secondary Campus Vice Principal will work with the Director of Learning (DoL) and Principal to provide instructional leadership, to provide support and feedback to colleagues and may teach classes that model “quality Christ-centered education.”
