Registration Information for Education Career Fair Exhibitors
Registration is now open!
The registration deadline is extended to December 22, 2024.
The in-person 2025 UBC Education Career Fair will start at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 24, 2025. Employers can access the UBC Great Hall and set up at 8:30 a.m. Students will access this event at 10:00 a.m. and will be visiting your physical booth throughout the day right to the end at 3:00 p.m. Please plan to be there the entire time.

Registration Fees:
- Organizations in Canada: $450
- Organizations outside of Canada: $750
What’s included:
New for 2025: Get featured on this website on a dedicated page for Career Fair Exhibitors. Organizations will get a chance to submit contact info, a photo, social media links, and another document such as a poster or info page. A great opportunity to showcase your organization for teacher candidates to see before the Career Fair! Click here for details and submission form

- Continental breakfast during set up
- Thank you gift per organization
- The venue set up also includes tables, power supply and wifi throughout.There will also be shared space for interviews. (For additional interview rooms either on that day or during the week/ weekend, please contact Dr. Keith McPherson at teo.careerfair@ubc.ca directly for additional information.)
Food:
If you would like to pre-order a lunch box set from the Teacher Education Office, an order form will be available closer to the date. Each set includes a sandwich, drink, and cookie. (Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available.)
UBC has a wide variety of restaurants and food services in close proximity to the career fair.

Cancellation Policy:
Please email the TEO at teo.careerfair@ubc.ca if you need to cancel your registration and/or lunch order(s).
- Cancellation prior to January 2, 2025: full refund
- Cancellation between January 2, 2025 and January 5, 2025: 50% refund
- Cancellation on or after January 6, 2025: no refund
