Registration Information for Education Career Fair Exhibitors
The in-person 2024 UBC Education Career Fair will start at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 19, 2024. Employers can access the UBC Great Hall and set up at 8:30 a.m. Students will access this event at 10:00 a.m. and will be visiting your physical booth throughout the day right to the end at 3:00 p.m. Please plan to be there the entire time.

Registration Fees:
- Organizations in BC: $400
- Organizations outside of BC: $700
What’s included:
- Continental breakfast during set up
- Small thank you gift for each exhibitor
- The venue set up also includes tables, power supply and wifi throughout.
There will also be shared space for interviews. (For additional interview rooms either on that day or during the week/ weekend, please contact Dr. Keith McPherson at teo.careerfair@ubc.ca directly for additional information.)
Food:
UBC has a wide variety of restaurants and food services in close proximity to the career fair. If you would prefer to pre-order a lunch box set ($23 each) from the Teacher Education Office, an order form will be available closer to the date. Each set includes a sandwich, drink, and cookie. (Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available.)

Cancellation Policy:
Please email Dr. Keith McPherson at teo.careerfair@ubc.ca if you need to cancel your registration and/or lunch order(s).
- Cancellation prior to January 2, 2024: full refund
- Cancellation between January 2, 2024 and January 5, 2024: 50% refund
- Cancellation on or after January 6, 2024: no refund
