Dear Elementary & Middle Years Teacher Candidates,
It’s an exciting and important time for you in the program. The extended practicum will enable you to continue learning from the wisdom of practice possessed by your school and faculty advisors, from the wisdom and application of educational research, and from your increasing knowledge of the academic disciplines. This opportunity will enable you to become clearer about your own personal theories which inform, and will be informed by, your practice.
