A message for applicants to the September 2026 intake of the BEd program at UBC Vancouver:
You must input the contact details for two referees into VidCruiter (“hiringplatform”) by 11:59 p.m. PST on January 31, 2026. This is the same deadline as your BEd application on EducationPlannerBC.
Key Dates:
- January 31, 2026: Deadline for you to enter referee details.
- February 15, 2026: Deadline for referees to submit their confidential reports (though earlier is preferred).
Important: If you do not enter these details and we do not receive the reports, your application will be marked incomplete and will not be evaluated. Details can be found here.
Please note: If you are still in the final stages of completing your application, input your referees’ contact information before January 31. Also, ensure your referees are aware that the final deadline for their confidential reference reports is February 15, 2026.
