Rent a Locker in Scarfe for 2025/26

Lockers in the Neville Scarfe building are available to rent each year by UBC students, staff and faculty. The form will open on August 25, 2025.

Important info about renting a locker:

  • The rental period is from August 25, 2025 to July 24, 2026.
  • The cost is $20 per locker.
  • You can rent more than one locker if needed.
  • Individuals are responsible for removing their locks and clearing belongings at the end of each year.
  • There are no renewals or carryovers.

How do you get a locker in Scarfe?

  1. First, put a lock on an unoccupied locker.
  2. Take note of the locker number (important!).
  3. Fill out the locker rental form (button below) — input locker number on form and pay fee.
