Great Hall, AMS Student Nest, 2nd Floor – 6133 University Blvd, Vancouver
The in-person 2026 UBC Education Career Fair is scheduled for Friday, January 23, 2026. Employers can access the UBC Great Hall and start setting up their booths at 9:00 a.m. The doors will officially open at 10:00 a.m. You can expect students to arrive throughout the day right to the end at 3:00 p.m. Please plan to be there the entire time.

Registration Fee:
- Domestic Recruiters/Organizations: $500
- International Recruiters/Organizations: $800
Registration closes at 3:00 p.m. on December 18, 2025.
What’s included with your registration:
- Continental breakfast during set up
- Two boxed lunch sets. Each set includes a sandwich, drink, and cookie. (Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available.) Extra lunches can be purchased on a separate form (see “Food” tab above).
- Thank you gift per organization
- The venue set up also includes tables, power supply and wifi throughout.There will also be shared space for interviews. (For additional interview rooms either on that day or during the week/ weekend, please contact Dr. Keith McPherson at teo.careerfair@ubc.ca directly for additional information.)

Cancellation Policy:
Please email the TEO at teo.careerfair@ubc.ca if you need to cancel your registration and/or lunch order(s).
- Cancellation by December 31, 2025: Full refund
- Cancellation from January 1-9, 2026: 50% refund
- Cancellation after January 9, 2026: No refund
