A workshop series for all Faculty of Education students

As summer approaches and we look forward to hopefully gearing down, you’re invited to join the Embedded Counsellor Dayna McCracken for a series of wellness workshops that can help you find and cultivate a sense of calm for a de-stressed summer.

The purpose of this group is to take just half an hour together to learn and practice some potentially helpful strategies to manage stress. The goal is to build up our personal toolkits with techniques and strategies that can be helpful when feeling overwhelmed.

  • Week 1 (June 2, 2022): Mindfulness
  • Week 2 (June 8, 2022): Self-Compassion
  • Week 3 (June 15, 2022): Relaxation
