“I was placed at a secondary school in the Vancouver School District, and I was treated with nothing but respect, enthusiasm, compassion, and professionalism. The school itself is quite large (both infrastructure and student enrolment), yet I felt a strong sense of community and belonging for both students and staff. I managed to be involved in a variety of events and activities, and was so fortunate to be able to teach six different classes over the long-practicum.” –Teacher candidate (BEd Secondary)
