Admissions: Getting Started

NITEP recommends applicants for admission to the Faculty of Education. The procedure varies somewhat, but the basic steps are as follows:

1. Applicants submit the NITEP application form.
2. Applicants submit required documents:
   1. Faculty of Education Application for Admission form and fee
   2. All official transcripts (high school and post-secondary)
   3. Completed LPI or equivalent
   4. Two confidential report forms

• or to the NITEP Field Centre Coordinator in your area.
3. When all documents have been received, NITEP faculty screen the candidates. Qualified candidates are presented to the Faculty of Education. Successful candidates are notified by letter and are asked to contact the appropriate centre coordinator. Candidates who do not meet the admission requirements at the time of their application will be encouraged to upgrade their academics.
